This DX station in Greenbrier was owned by H.P. and H. G. (Hooky) Wilson. It was located across HWY. 65 from Cantrell's store. The Wilson's sold the store in the late 1970's. This picture appears to have been taken in the 40's or early 50's. Pictured are the store's owners: Sarah Ella Love Wilson, son H. G. (Hooky) Wilson, and H. P. Wilson. H. P. is the brother of Fred Wilson who maintained the Indian museum at Greenbrier. Sarah Ella's father W. B. Love owned a general store just North of this location near the intersection of HWY 65 and 225 around the turn of the century. Note the old pot belly stove which was fueled with coal.
